This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, delivering great service and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily service operations and ensure smooth running of shifts
  • Lead, motivate and support front-of-house teams
  • Deliver excellent guest experiences and handle customer queries professionally
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety and company procedures
  • Support staff training, onboarding and development
  • Assist with opening/closing duties, cash handling and daily admin


About You:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or duty management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Calm, organised and confident during busy services
  • Passion for hospitality and guest service
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
