This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, delivering great service and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily service operations and ensure smooth running of shifts
- Lead, motivate and support front-of-house teams
- Deliver excellent guest experiences and handle customer queries professionally
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety and company procedures
- Support staff training, onboarding and development
- Assist with opening/closing duties, cash handling and daily admin
About You:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or duty management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Calm, organised and confident during busy services
- Passion for hospitality and guest service
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
