The Daisy is currently undergoing an exciting renovation, and we’re pleased to announce that we’ll be back open with a fresh new look soon. As we prepare for this next chapter, we’re looking for an ambitious and inspiring Head Bartender to join the team and help bring the new Daisy to life.

The Role

As Head Bar Tender you will ensure the quality and consistency of drinks and guest service standards are always maintained. You will be actively encouraged to contribute your ideas and assist with creative menu development, staff training on all aspects of the drinks menu.

About You

We are looking for an inspiring hospitality professional who shares our vision and passion for the industry. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Head Bar Tender who keeps abreast of the latest industry knowledge and trends and is ready for their next step into management.

You will have:

previous experience within a similar role;
solid knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails;
a real understanding of mixology and a passion for creating great drinks;
the ability to motivate and inspire a team; and
a solution focussed ‘ hands on’ approach to problems
