This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Bar Manager to come on board and join our amazing team at Evelyn's & manage The Daisy.

You will share our commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience and take real pride in ensuring quality and consistency in your work. The ideal candidate will have over a years experience in a similar role and have a thorough knowledge of cocktails. You will also be involved in cocktail creation and menu development, particularly in The Daisy, our subterranean cocktail and wine bar.

The Role

You will be responsible for overall management and daily operations of the Bar. Your duties will include creative menu development and staff training on all aspects of the drinks menu. You will ensure customer service standards are maintained and elevated at all times.

About You

We are looking for an inspiring hospitality professional who shares our vision and passion for the industry. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Bar Manager who keeps abreast of the latest industry knowledge and trends.

You will have:

previous experience within a supervisory / management role;
solid knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails;
a real understanding of mixology and a passion for creating great drinks;
a good understanding of financials, including GP maintenance and stock control;
the ability to motivate and inspire a team; and
a solution focussed ‘ hands on’ approach to problems
