Department Bonded, Our newest space on Lower Byrom Street in the heart of St John&#39;s. Rooted in specialty coffee, Department focuses on calm, considered spaces designed to work throughout the day. Coffee is central to the offer and is roasted by Allpress Espresso, with a menu that balances well-made classics alongside seasonal and speciality drinks. Pastries and food are prepared in-house, with fresh juices pressed daily. The Role We take our coffee and equipment seriously, and are looking for a passionate individual to take to deliver world class delicious coffees. Knowledge of Espresso and Latte art techniques are essential in this role and candidates must be able to work efficiently, cleanly and swiftly under pressure. About You A great team player, with a flexible ‘can do’ approach, always willing to help in other areas of service when required. You will be friendly and supportive of colleagues and willing to share your knowledge and skills with others.
