Originating as a pop-up concept, Onda developed into a city-centre pasta and pizza bar focused on craft, simplicity and pace.


Based at Circle Square, Onda is one of the group’s busiest sites, operating at consistently high volume across the week. Fresh pasta and pizza are prepared on-site daily, with guests able to sit at the pasta bench and engage directly with the making process. The open kitchen and visible production are central to the experience, creating energy throughout service.


The menu centres on well-executed pasta dishes and pizzette, built around quality ingredients and clear technique, alongside a concise drinks offering. Onda has built a strong following and a high level of demand, driven by consistency, atmosphere and a service style that balances speed with care.
